Please read these terms of service before using the offerings of PassivProfit GmbH. By accessing or using our services, digital items or physical goods, you agree to these terms.

Introduction

PassivProfit GmbH operates from Swiss National Museum, Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. These terms are effective as of 2025.

Scope

These terms govern all interactions with PassivProfit GmbH, including workshops, coaching, digital downloads and physical merchandise.

Services

We provide live workshops, group mentoring sessions and tailored one-on-one consultations. Session details and scheduling options are provided at booking.

Digital Products

Our digital catalog includes guides, video tutorials and online courses accessible after purchase.

Physical Goods

We offer printed manuals, branded materials and other merchandise shipped to you upon order.

Reimbursement Policy

Services

Standard sessions may be rescheduled at no extra cost if you notify us at least seven days before the start date. If you cancel more than fourteen days before the session, we will process a full reimbursement. Cancellations made within fourteen days are eligible for a credit voucher valid for one year. Customized one-on-one consultations with personally prepared materials are not eligible for reimbursement due to their bespoke nature.

Digital Products

You may request a refund for digital items within fourteen days of purchase provided access links remain unused. To initiate a refund, please submit your request via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within thirty days.

Physical Goods

To obtain a refund on physical items, you must send back the merchandise in original condition within thirty days of delivery. Please use our contact form to obtain a shipping authorization. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the payment source within fourteen days of inspection. Alternatively, you may choose a replacement item or a credit voucher.
